Admins are appointed for each of the regional list areas. Their job is to maintain email contact with voters, to make all information on each topic available, to arrange opinion voting and to collate results from DLT voting to be published. Admins also liaise with community council assembly groups and conduct delegate voting.

Community councils are the bedrock of democracy at the entry level. They are sadly underused and tend to be disregarded by local authorities. It is our purpose to help create more powerful institutions at community level by creating people's assembly groups, encouraging them to take part in community councils and to express engagement in and voting on local issues. We support moves to create a national forum of community councils and to explore ways to increase access to funding in order to improve the ability to bring about new services at community level.
